• King Pac and King Bag’s raw-material warehouse can hold up to 30,000
Tons of raw-material at a time
• King Pac buys from 15-20 suppliers of raw-material resin from around
the world
• Thailand is the major source of virgin raw-material producing up to
2million Tons per annum
• King Pac and King Bag have enough raw material to be able to fix prices
for a full year without having to reduce quality of product to meet price
points

• There are QA and QC labs at the end of every production Zone
• QC is implemented constantly throughout the production with

• King Pac and King Bag have the latest testing equipment which are
regularly calibrated.
• Many top supermarket customers can rely on quality testing to be done
in house without the need for third party intervention

worked back into the in-house recycling system
24. PRODUCTION OF BIN BAGS AT KING
BAG• King Bag was built to separate contaminated bags away from food related
bags
• King Bag has 4 production Zones and all produces either bin bags or other
recycled bags
• King Bag has its own QA and QC lab to test all film property parameters
• King Bag also has a recycling facility in-house which is being quadrupled
in size within this year. This will give King Pac more control over recycled raw-
material quantity, quality, and cost

• Eximex is the subsidiary of King Pac and oversees the Sales, Logistics
(DDP), and Customer Support function domestically in the UK Market.
• Eximex helps to manage:
– Import and customs clearance services
– International Sea and Air Freight Forwarding
– Safety stock in UK
– Domestic Haulage and delivery to customer’s depots
• In Full container loads
• In Single pallets
– Customer queries, and visits to customers to update Business status
