Sieving
We have over thirty-five years of experience in sieving plastic granules and regrind. We sieve
plastics that are contaminated in all kinds of ways for traders, commodities manufacturers, end
product manufacturers, and insurers. We turn off-spec into valuable near-prime in no time! We
use state-of-the-art sieving machines, specially designed to preserve the fragile structure of
granules and regrind.
Our equipment is perfectly suited for sieving every conceivable type and composition of plastic
granules and regrind. Our sieving range is practically unlimited! Because we use a three-layer
sieving machine, we can separate three different fractions in a single processing pass. We

Homogenising
A homogenised lot of granules or regrind is essential for smooth feed-in to your - or your
customers’ - extruders and injection moulding machines. Homogenising plastic granules and
regrind is one of our core activities. To maximise quality and efficiency, we focus exclusively
on lots between 25 and 125 tonnes, and we use a top-of-the-line Combiflow® blender.
You tell us what you need, and we create a customised blending procedure to achieve your
desired specification. We can homogenise your granules and regrind based on material
type, colour, MFI, and density.
