This document describes plans for Sattviko, a new co-working space and cafe at IIT Roorkee designed for students, alumni, professors, and the IIT R community. Key features include serving modern sattvik (healthy) food to fuel creative thinking and problem solving. The space will provide an environment for discussing, designing, and ideating new business ideas alongside prominent entrepreneurs, artists, industry experts, and established IIT Roorkee alumni. Sattviko Idea Cafe is envisioned as a place where great food and great ideas can flourish at IIT Roorkee.
