 Since inception, Innovation Centre (IC) has played a pivotal role in incubating three of TCL’s relatively
nascent product lines: Water Purifiers (WaPu), Food Ingredients and Nano-Formulations respectively
 Recently, an Incubation Cell has been developed under IC for testing of new business models/ disruptive
technologies
 IC also providing case to case support to execute projects with TCL business units and Tata Group
companies such as Rallis, TGBL, Tata Coffee, Tata Power and Tata Steel

Learning Incentive
An incentive given, during traineeship to reward better learning and to
push one’s performance to the next level. It is given solely on the basis of
individual performance when measured up against the expectations of
one’s HoD and Reporting Manager.
For measuring learning incentive we use the “Basic” component of CTC

 Health Insurance Cover of Rs. 100,000 for self during 1 year tenure as GET +
domiciliary medical treatment
Post confirmation as Assistant Manager, cover raised to Rs. 300,000 for self

Mithapur - Hostel Accommodation on sharing basis.
All other locations – HRA at 60% of basic.
