An incentive given, during traineeship to reward better learning and to
push one’s performance to the next level. It is given solely on the basis of
individual performance when measured up against the expectations of
one’s HoD and Reporting Manager.
For measuring learning incentive we use the “Basic” component of CTC
Rating achieved post evaluation Learning Incentive achieved
For 3 Rating 60% of 2 Basic
60% of 16000 = 9600
For 4 Rating 80% of 2 Basic
80% of 16000 = 12800
For 5 Rating 100% of 2 Basic = 16000

 Health Insurance Cover of Rs. 100,000 for self during 1 year tenure as Trainee + domiciliary
medical treatment
Post confirmation, cover raised to Rs. 300,000 for self and dependents + domiciliary medical
