Tata Chemicals offers a one-year Diploma Engineer Trainee Program to recruit future leaders. The program includes a one-month induction, 1.5 months of plant/department rotation, a one-month safety deputation, eight months of plant/department work split into two three-month projects, and final evaluations. Trainees receive mentoring, leadership interactions, and training in areas like SAP and business excellence. The compensation package for trainees includes a basic salary, allowances, provident fund, gratuity, and a learning incentive based on performance. Upon confirmation, compensation increases and trainees receive benefits like medical insurance and leave.
