  11. Many AP departments are trapped under the weight of their supplier invoices. Paper and manual processes still dominate

You have the ability to map standard iDoc to an open XML based standard, then have the ability to exchange the document to over 40,000 trading partner that are part of the network. No interface creation, maintenance, fraction of the cost working with VAN for your EDI. Amazing solution that has immediate impact on AP and invoice management

  18. Here is a fantastic interface for supporting shared-service – look familiar? Yes, this is a customer self-service interface for dispute resolution What you told us was that you need to treat your internal customers just like external customers. Especially for AP and AR processes that are managed on behalf of a business unit.

  25. Three simple recommendations we make to our customers. Be proactive – take steps before issues happen Monitor constantly – enterprise sonar system that watches for issues Analytics and performance measures – how well are you doing? Put the right motivations in place
  26. Embedded BI capabilities within GRC Including specifically crystal reports and xcelsius dashboards as well as integration with other BI solutions such as explorer enable new visualizations and ways to leverage the underlying information collected by the GRC solutions.

  29. A CFO survey showed that nearly 50% of us still use spreadsheets as the MAIN tool for budgeting and forecasting. Is this right?
