1. Protocol:
 Sankofa will arrive at the venue no later than 1 hour prior* to the event, and no earlier
than 3 hours* before the event to setup its instruments & where applicable, perform its
sound check/s. Sankofa will clear stage in no longer than 30 minutes (depending on
technical setup size and Crew/Client requirements and/or instructions, minimum
clearance time can be 10 minutes)
 Client will provide Sankofa with changing facilities (dressing room, toilets, etc).
 Sankofa will require three chairs (as indicated in the graphical presentation of the Stage
Layout below)
 Sankofa plays sets of 45 minutes each (as per gig standards), which usually, but not
always, consist of 9 tracks, each set (subject to changes)
*These time frames are flexible only to the extent that the event requirements for artist
arrivals are, within appropriate bounds, significantly pressing where the nature of the Event,
duly explained in good time to Sankofa, requires earlier arrival times.

4 main monitors for the entire band put in front on the stage facing the ensemble.
When performing on stage, each and every player needs to have a monitor for them and four
monitors for the whole band.
