Periodically updated to address changing conditions Addresses all aspects of transportation from high speed rail to walking, and all services: BART, Caltrain, Muni, etc. Why do long range planning? If we don’t plan now, others will plan for us To implement San Francisco’s goals and policy objectives To prioritize the many needs within limited resources
