The findings suggest that boards generally identify the most qualified CEO candidates, though differences between internal and external hires complicate comparisons.

dark shoes; Ladies: Business suit (pants or skirt);
Many companies schedule interviews at MOJO and will contact candidates a few weeks prior; Some
companies will wait to meet candidates face to face at the job fair before scheduling an interview;
Apply on company websites for jobs you are interested in/qualified for – tailor your resume to the job and
use the buzz words used in the job description(s);
Print out the Job#/Job Title you applied for and speak to the company recruiter about that job – this helps
them understand your skillset and where you may be a fit; Bring copies of your 1 or 2-page resume;
PREPARE for the job fair – Attend the Thursday Seminars as they will prep you and help you present at
your best to the employers; DO NOT approach a company and ask what they are hiring for!
STAY ALL DAY! Explore as many opportunities as possible; Check out companies/industries you may not
have considered as a career path;
Give us your feedback – how did we do and how did you do at the career fair.
