Subjects Allied to Medicine
REMIT: To consider policy and process issues arising from the particular requirements of subjects
allied to medicine, nursing and social work. The Group is largely but not wholly concerned with
the demands and requirements of professional, statutory and accreditation bodies and the
special position of students on allied to medicine courses. Its constitution includes Nursing and
Midwifery Council and Health & Care Professions Council representatives.
