This is just a sample for your reference on how to conduct an hrpta meeting with the help of ppt , in here i showed a way how to show them the minutes form the previous meeting that we have. there are numerous style of presenting your own version but as i have said you can use this as your point of reference specially for newbie teachers like me that needs improvements. There i include specific instructions like presenting the rules and regulations of our classroom the school assignments and the also the class organizations and classroom program that includes their schedules in their respective subjects. furthermore thus is hope i shared a glimpse of simple help. In here i also include the minutes of our previous discussion with the help of my classroom officers and their parents. And before i forget i also show them how their children are being graded. I even presented to them their subject teachers, and reported what is needed to be taken action as school based project like gulayan sa paaralan that would serves a great hlp to the community.

1. Respect for others and all school and individual
property is a characteristic of our school. Good
behaviour is expected from all students at all
times.
2. Wearing school uniform is not
compulsory……………….Hair must be tidy and the
style not extreme. Boys must be clean shaven.
3. Students need a pass to leave the school
grounds. All visitors are to report to the main office.

5. All students are expected to be well mannered,
pleasant, courteous and cooperative.
6. Alcohol and other drugs and solvents are not
permitted in school or at any other official school
function.
