SCORE CARD
1. The Manager score card gives a comprehensive analysis of the Managers
performance as rated by his team members
2. It allows the Manager to know his strengths/areas of improvement and
implement corrective actions.
3. The manager score card provides comparisons with peers and
organizational scores and hence is a very effective self improvement tool.
4. The manager score card can be used as an assessment tool to evaluate
managers for additional responsibilities/ promotions.
5. When done periodically, the manager score card is a very good indicator of
deviations in performance. The trends for the year is a very good input for
the annual performance management system.
6. The process builds a system of trust, continuous improvement and healthy
competition.
