Head the Regulatory Division for the entire North & East territory of India – working closely with the Leadership to
define Team Lease's position on a variety of compliance activities. The role is responsible for providing leadership and
strategic direction to Team Lease's compliance measures for the temporary staffing, ensuring alignment. Also, as the
Labour Laws Compliance Consulting Business has been attached to the Organisations’ P&L – taking the business to
the next level.

The role is primarily focused on four areas:
o Labour Laws / Statutory Compliance
o SE Matters and Investigations
o Audit Compliance on labour laws
o Advisory Services under Labour Laws.
Also being responsible to support the P&L of Regulatory SBU, provide Labour Laws Compliance services across all
the Industries. Such Compliance services include:
 Consulting Services: Comprehensive consultation on labour laws compliance requirements. Suggest
areas of risk and mitigation steps followed by assessment report. It covers Central, State and Industry
specific compliances.
 Auditing Services: Audit of client’s records under all applicable labour law compliances as per
defined scope. Audit of Vendor(s) compliances. Audit activities based on engagement cycle i.e. one
time/periodic. Suggest areas of risk/ and mitigation steps – assessment report.
 Maintenance Services: Assistance in complete end to end record including records upkeep and
maintenance. SLA based support and assistance on issues faced.
 Liaison Services: Facilitating one time activities like registrations, renewal, approvals or any other
related one time activity under labour laws. SLA based support.
 Advisory services: Facilitating for any type of amendment, new notification, procedural changes with
respect to labour legislations
