USSamad Apparel is a completely vertical operation from cut to
pack, located in Lahore, Pakistan. Our vertical integration
allows us to produce all kinds of woven garments in denim and
twill according to the needs of our global customers.
Operationally we are capable of bulk production of complex
garments, remaining committed to meeting deadlines,
international quality standards and any special specifications
defined by our customers.
The key to our success is the strong work ethic of our highly
experienced team.

4. HISTORY
Samad Apparel, established in 2009, is a division of Samad Rubber Works (Pvt.) Ltd (SRW). The business is family
owned and operated, now in its third generation.
Founded in 1962, SRW are the pioneers in developing textile-based fabricated rubber products in Pakistan. These
products include life-jackets (inflatable & inherently buoyant), inflatable boats, mattresses and storage tanks. Building
upon our long-standing experience with textiles we ventured into manufacturing of intricate articles based on technical
textiles for armed forces. This new product range includes rucksacks, chest rigs and sleeping bags.
With the necessary infrastructure and qualified human resource in place, entering into the field of garment
manufacturing was a natural step for us, and well in keeping with our spirit of constantly exploring new avenues.

11. SEWING
Samad Apparel operates with highly skilled workers and stringent quality control methods. Using
latest sewing techniques and modern machines, we maintain our highest level of productivity.
Through implementation of activities such as Time & Motion Study, Method study, Sample Activity
etc., we eliminate unnecessary activities to minimize handling of products by operators and reduce
throughput time.

12. WASHING

13. Upon reaching our finishing and packing facility, each garment is inspected for quality and
accuracy before being forwarded for packaging. Packing is carried out while strictly
adhering to all client requirements and exact specifications.
