The Saltire Foundation exists to develop Scotland's human potential and next generation of business leaders. It offers the Saltire Scholars program, an 8-week internship for Scottish university students with leading global companies or entrepreneurs. Students gain work experience, networking opportunities, and leadership training. Eligible students are in their penultimate year of study, have no prior international business experience, and are passionate about representing and improving Scotland's business prospects. The application process involves an online application, speed interview, project selection, and potential host company telephone interview. The goal is to fuel Scotland's human capital and economic success.
