12. Within the form view Individual Record cannot be merged and will give you an error that only Group Record can be merged.

13. Select Group Record and click on Merge button.

14. After clicking on the Merge button, the zip file will be downloaded.

16. Within the tree view, select the records that have the PDF file attached.

19. After clicking on the Merge button, the zip file will be downloaded.
