 Identify issues (e.g. critical /unstable links) that occur frequently in
corporate customer solutions and take proactive measures to
avoid these.
 Familiar with MPLS/MPBGP, VRF, X-connect(L2tpV3), Route
reflectors ,Carrier Ethernet , TDM Services, E1oUDP And BGP failover
for single homed and multi homed Environment .
 In case customer is not fully satisfied with the given resolution, take
action to provide Proper Solution.
 Identifying and Protecting Routers/Switches against Network
Attacks (Reconnaissance, DOS , ARP and DHCP spoofing etc..)
 Carryout configurations and settings updates in customers routers
(Dialers , DHCP, NAT, ACLs ,IPSEC tunnels ,TACACS+ ,SNMP , GRE ,
IPSec, route maps , PBR and IPSLA etc…)
 Experience on configuring co-operate customer services in Metro
Ethernet Network and communicate with International Operation
team to Troubleshoot in IPLC links.
 Share information and participate in discussions with colleagues in
order to achieve corporate efficiency. e.g. divisional meetings.
 Familiar with managing Cisco Routers, Switches, firewalls
