Duties :
 Responsible for remotely managing networks of BT's more than 3000 global and UK based
clients that include many small, medium and large enterprises .
 Logically analyzing faults, performing remote diagnostics and making changes to existing
device configuration (if required) to provide resolution for the incidents.
 To work on change requests (Configuration/Design) raised by clients or BT.
 Implementation and troubleshooting of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP.
 Coordinating and troubleshooting with the core MPLS cloud team to resolve complex issues.
 Implementation and troubleshooting of various switching issues related to VLANs, VTP, STP,
Port security, Ether channels, Inter-VLAN routing, IP helper Address (DHCP), SPAN,VSS etc.
 Troubleshooting of router redundancy protocols i.e. HSRP, VRRP and GLBP.
