Indian nonprofit engineering and scientific society dedicated to the advancement of the
mobility industry in India.
 Its members combine their specialized abilities to further advance the research,
development, design, manufacture and utilization of vehicles which operate on land and
water and in air and space.
 The Club focuses much about ground vehicle and aircraft developments to provide
members with a valuable resource for keeping pace with the rapidly changing technology
in the mobility industry

4. BAJA SAEINDIA
 BAJA SAE INDIA is a student level
competition that has its roots outside
India. BAJA primarily focuses on out-
of-classroom-education system, in
which engineering students from all
over India participate as a team. The
goal of each team is to design and
build a prototype of a rugged single
seat, off-road four-wheel vehicle that
has to go through multiple tests and
then compete in the endurance race.

5. How will BAJA SAE India benefit me in terms of career?
 Yes, for sure. Besides conducting
BAJA, Mahindra also organizes campus
placements during the event. For this,
interested students from the
participating teams can go for the
written tests and in case they manage to
pass it, they have to pass the second
written examination. Once they clear
the two tests, they will be called for an
HR round and if they pass, they go
home with a job in hand.

6. Efficycle
 “EFFI-CYCLE” derived from Efficient-Cycle
started with the objective of providing opportunity
to the Engineering Students to Conceive, Design
and Fabricate a three wheel configuration vehicle
powered by Human-Electric Hybrid power and
capable of seating two passengers catering to the
day to day mobility needs. Over the Years this
concept was further developed and new segments
like “EFFI QUE” the four wheel fully electric
(Quadri-cycle for Urban, Efficient & Smart
Mobility) has been introduced to challenge the
entrepreneurial spirit.

8. Student Membership
 Membership Eligibility: Applicants must be students leading in any bachelor, masters, or doctoral in
engineering technology.
 Students can join the 4+1 scheme & enroll themselves till one year after the passing out year. The
student 4+1 enrolment scheme is as follows:
 4+1 – 1st Year Student ₹400 x 4 + ₹500 = ₹ 2100/- + ₹ 378/- = ₹ 2478/-
 3+1 – 2nd Year Student ₹400 x 3 + ₹600 = ₹ 1800/- + ₹ 324/- = ₹ 2124/-
 2+1 – 3rd Year Student ₹400 x 2 + ₹700 = ₹ 1500/- + ₹ 270/- = ₹ 1770/-
 1+1 – 4th Year Student ₹400 x 1 + ₹ ₹800 = ₹ 1200/- + ₹ 216/- = ₹ 1416/-
 Annual Membership ₹400 x 1 + ₹ 72/- = ₹ 472/-
 The membership card will be valid for a period of which the member is paying the subscriptions as
stated above.
 The Student gets a substantial monetary benefit if opts for the 4+1 scheme. If he joins normally after
passing out, his membership starts at a fee of ₹ 1298 /- as against the above.
 Alternatively if the Institution collects ₹ 2478/- during the first year, there is no further need for the
collection process till the student passes out. The student also gets an additional year as the benefit.
