 Indian Society of New Era Engineers (ISNEE), an associte
member of Federation of Motor Sport Club of India (FMSCI), was
founded in the year 2013 by Mr. Umesh Kumar
 ISNEE aims to provide a platform for the udergraduate and
diploma pursuing students to enhance technical and managerial
skill through various programs/events.
 Design challenges organised by ISNEE, are developed to flourish
the students to gain practical knowledge in vehicle designing and
fabrication.

4. ISNEE TIMELINE
2013
 Foundation of ISNEE
 Introduced National Go Kart Championship 2013
(NGKC – 2013). Final Round was organized at Mohite Racing Academy,
Kolhapur.
 Introduced Quad TORC.
2014
 National Go Kart Championship 2014 (NGKC – 2014) was organized at Kari
Motor Speedway, Coimbatore.
 Quad TORC 2014 was organized at SRM University, Modinagar.
 Introduced Formula Green, an electric formula vehicle design challenge for the
first time in India.
2015
 National Go Kart Championship (NGKC) was renamed after Go Kart Design
Challenge (GKDC).
 Quad TORC 2015 was organized at Camp Wild, Faridabad.
 ISNEE became an associate member of Federation of Motor Sport Club of
India (FMSCI).

5. GO KART DESIGN CHALLENGE (GKDC)
 Go Kart Design Challenge (GKDC), formerly known as National Go Kart
Championship (NKGC), is one of the first and foremost design challenges
initiated by ISNEE.
 The participating teams will design and fabricate their Go Kart within
limited time as per the specific rules and regulations mentioned in the
rule book.
 The design challenge consists of two different stages;
1. Pre Final Round (PFR)
2. Final Round (FR)

6. PRE FINAL ROUND (PFR)
 Registered Teams will present the vehicle design, analysis, calculations and
innovation followed by a questionnaire session from the judges.
 The judging panel will decide the existence of the team in the Final Round with
respect to their performance in the respective categories.

7. FINAL ROUND (FR)
 Qualified teams will fabricate their Go Kart as per the rulebook guidelines in
their respective college/university.
 The fabricated Go Kart will be presented at the Final round venue, which will
further undergo few static and dynamic tests.
