About Us
RUSS MCINTOSH Principal + Creative Director
As Creative Director and designer at Studio Absolute, Russ brings over 17 years of experience
in a range of design disciplines including; editorial, print, identity, book design, packaging
and website design. Russ has built a core understanding of design principles, processes and
technology. With his tenure as Senior Designer at Weitech, Inc., Russ played an integral role
in preparing the company’s brand and products to be acquired by Black & Decker in 2002.
He then joined a Central Oregon based branding agency where for seven years he worked as
Design Director. There, he crafted brand communications for packaging, print and online
media for major National organizations to local success stories.
CHERYL MCINTOSH Principal + Brand Manager
Cheryl’s passions range from copywriting and art, to coaching entrepreneurs like herself
on taking their ideas from a paper-napkin to reality. Her experience includes fundraising
and marketing for organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Oregon, COCC, and
The Community Learning Centers. Cheryl entered the design cosmos as the Studio Manager
for The DesignWorks Group where she served as a liaison between the design team and
major book publishers such as Harper Collins, Hallmark, and Time Warner. As the Brand
Manager for Studio Absolute, Cheryl helps clients strengthen and establish touchpoints of
their brand while ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to client direction.
