MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Project
Working in consulting for 15 years, I know how to create an effective, eye-catching response to a request for
proposal. How to develop an approach and interview for the job. Once the job is awarded, I can create a scope and
budget, work with the client to develop realistic production schedules, and manage the contract to ensure the
project is on-schedule and budget.
Staff
Growing, retaining, and challenging a creative team is a job all on its’ own. Over the past 10 years, I have
discovered a few key points to address in order to create a well-rounded team. Identify team member’s skill
strengths, personality type, and creative goals, and match those with project requirements. Recognizing all
personality types and understanding how to work with and mentor, introverts, extroverts, doers, processors,
feelers, and motivators is important for a healthy work environment.
CREATIVE SKILLS
Design
Experienced in print, digital, and experiential design. I’m just as comfortable developing brands as I am working
with established ones. I have hands-on experience in both UX and UI design. I’m skilled at walking clients through
the creative process, crafting creative briefs, developing pitch presentations, and selling creative concepts through
sound design rationale that ties back to the creative brief.

Storytelling
Creating a compelling story means finding the points of connection with the audience and giving them something
back for their time. This could mean they see themselves in the story, relate to the subject, have a laugh, get
information they want, or start to think differently about a subject. Whether it is a 30-second social media ad,
30-minute documentary, or environmental display, the goal is to tell a story that makes a connection.
