S2 Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is offering Abhishek Dixit the position of Junior Examiner on a contractual basis from October 1, 2015 to November 1, 2015. The contract may be extended based on performance and can be terminated by either party with 7 days' notice. Dixit will be paid a total annual compensation of Rs. 191,028, including a basic salary of Rs. 170,340, to work initially at a client site in Kanpur but possibly other locations in India as needed. Dear Abhishek Dixit,
With reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to offer
you the position of Junior Examiner on contractual assignment with us on following terms and
conditions.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The assignment will effect from 01

2. Your contract extension will be subject to your performance, in-case of unsatisfactory
performance the company shall not extend your contract further.
3. Your contract will terminated in connection with any integrity or breach of trust or fraudulent act
or omissions or any misrepresentation made by you for any reason whatsoever.
4. Your posting will be at our client site in Kanpur. However, during your posting at our client’s
place, you may be stationed/located/posted/transferred to any other location in India of our
clients, as may be necessary for the implementation of the client’s project.
5. You shall be paid an all-inclusive annual emoluments of Rs. 191,028 /- only. [Rupees One Lac
Ninety-One thousands twenty-eight only]. For detailed break-up kindly refer to Annexure 1.
6. This offer is subject to your completing joining formalities and your confidential report being
found satisfactory from the references provided by us.
7. This contract can be terminated by either party after giving 7 days’ notice. When this contract is
terminated at the initiative of the employee, the company reserves the right to insist on full
compliance to the notice period and may initiate appropriate legal remedies should the employee
violate the provision of notice.
