APPOINTMENT AS SERVICE ENGINEER
This is with reference to the interview you had with us in respect to the above mentioned post. As
such, we are pleased to offer you the position of Service Engineer in our Organisation on the
following Terms & Conditions :-
Stipend:
You shall receive a gross stipend of Rs.12,000.00 (Rupees Twelve Thousand
only), per month during your training.
2) PROBATION :
1) You will be on a Probation Period for SIX MONTHS from the date of your
reporting for duty which can be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of the
Management.
2) Your services during the period of probation (Original/Extended) as the case may be,
can be terminated without notice or assigning any reason.
3) On successful completion of the period of probation, you will be confirmed in
writing. However, till such time, the letter confirming you is issued, it will be
presumed that the probationary period has been extended and you would continue to
be on probation. On being made permanent, your salary and other benefits, shall be
governed as per our Company’s Rules & Regulations and as per the discretion of the
Directors which will be intimated to you in writing from time to time.
4) Your services after confirmation can be terminated by giving ONE MONTH’S
Notice or pay in lieu thereof by either party.
5) You will abide by all Rules and Regulations of the Company in force from time to
time.

6) You will conduct yourself soberly and pay due regards to your superiors and
colleagues in a manner befitting you position while in the employment of the
Company.
7) You will not disclose to others any information, papers, documents etc., which you
may acquire during the course of your employment with the Company.
8) If at time, it is found that any declaration made or information given by you either in
the documents relating to your application or subsequently is false, your services will
be liable for immediate termination without any Notice or Compensation.
9) Unless you obtain a No-Demand Clearance Certificate from the Company while
leaving its services, it shall be deemed that you are not relieved of your liabilities
towards the Company.
10) All Company belongings eg. Product Literatures, Brief Case, Tools, Instruments,
Calculator, Stationaries etc., which you may acquire or possess during your
employment in the Company should be returned against a proper receipt of
termination/resignation from the Company’s Services.
11) You will be required to work in such capacity, department and perform such
functions as may allocated to you from time to time anywhere in India.
12) While on your services, you will as scrupulously refrain from engaging yourself in
any other business or occupation which may directly or indirectly effect your work or
our expectations of your work.
13) Your initial place or posting shall be at NOIDA.
If the offer is acceptable to you, please sign the duplicate copy (in every page) of this letter
in confirmation of the same. In this case you shall be required to submit FOUR Passport
sized photographs & Two References with Telephone Nos. of Government Employee. You
shall be required to report for duty on 02.02.2015 at our Factory viz., A-113, Sector-63,
NOIDA at 9.30 A.M.
