1) Operating model
2) EA (one pager and more detailed EA to implement)
3) IT engagement model
IT governance / IT engagement model.
Dessa tre delar ger dig den plattform du behöver för att implementera dina affärsstrategier och därmed kunna exekvera din affärsmodell!
How to implement Enterprise Architecture as a Strategy and get a real foundation for Business Execution.
Building a Data Strategy – Practical Steps for Aligning with Business GoalsDATAVERSITY
Developing a Data Strategy for your organization can seem like a daunting task – but it’s worth the effort. Getting your Data Strategy right can provide significant value, as data drives many of the key initiatives in today’s marketplace – from digital transformation, to marketing, to customer centricity, to population health, and more. This webinar will help demystify Data Strategy and its relationship to Data Architecture and will provide concrete, practical ways to get started.
Graph technology has truly burst onto the scene with diverse new products and services, proving that graph is relevant and that not all graph use cases are equal. Previously relegated to niche implementations and science projects, graph now finds itself deployed as the foundational technology for enterprise analytics solutions and enterprise Data Fabric strategies. It is no surprise that many are calling 2018 “The Year of the Graph”.
Product-thinking is making a big impact in the data world with the rise of Data Products, Data Product Managers, data mesh, and treating “Data as a Product.” But Honest, No-BS: What is a Data Product? And what key questions should we ask ourselves while developing them? Tim Gasper (VP of Product, data.world), will walk through the Data Product ABCs as a way to make treating data as a product way simpler: Accountability, Boundaries, Contracts and Expectations, Downstream Consumers, and Explicit Knowledge.
From Data Lakes to the Data Fabric: Our Vision for Digital StrategyCambridge Semantics
In this presentation for Strata NY 2018, we share our vision for digital innovation as a shift to something powerful, expedient and future-proof. This is accomplished through the use of a 'Data Fabric'. Utilizing graph technology, this Data Fabric connects enterprise data in an overlay fashion that does not disrupt current investments for unprecedented access to data. This interconnected and reliable data can then be used to automate scalable AI and ML efforts to improve business outcomes.

Describing the Organisation Data LandscapeAlan McSweeney
Outlines an Approach to Describing the Organisation Data Landscape to Assist with Data Transformation Analysis and Planning
The Data Landscape is a representation of the organisation’s data entities and their relationships, interfaces and data flows. Data entities are data asset components that perform data-related functions, from data storage to data transfer and data processing within the Data Landscape.
The objective of developing a Data Landscape model is to define an approach for formally and exactly defining the operation and use of data at a high-level within the organisation and to plan for future changes. It allows the enterprise data fabric to be defined and modelled.
Creating a data landscape view is important as data underpins the operation of information technology solutions and business processes. Data breathes life into solutions as its flows through the organisation. The optimum and most cost-effective design of the data landscape is therefore important. Similarly, solutions that are developed or acquired and deployed on the data landscape
The nature of the organisation data landscape is changing as organisations are undergoing a data transformation.
Science parks and business incubation centres: An overviewFundaciat
The document provides an overview of science parks and business incubation centres. It defines them as organizations that promote innovation and help new businesses grow. Science parks stimulate knowledge sharing between universities, businesses, and markets. They facilitate company creation and growth through business support. Business incubation combines infrastructure, services, and networks to help new companies survive and grow in their early stages. The document discusses key factors for success, including strong leadership, partnerships with universities, and financial sustainability.
The document discusses Ernst & Young's (EY) transformation of their global HR contact center. EY implemented a new global HR contact center using ServiceNow to provide a more consistent service experience for employees. Hadoop World 2011: Advancing Disney’s Data Infrastructure with Hadoop - Matt ...Cloudera, Inc.
This is the story of why and how Hadoop was integrated into the Disney data infrastructure. Providing data infrastructure for Disney’s, ABC’s and ESPN’s Internet presences is challenging. Doing so requires cost effective, performant, scalable and highly available solutions. Information requirements from the business add the need for these solutions work together; providing consistent acquisition, storage and access to data. Burdened with a heavily laden commercial RDBMS infrastructure, Hadoop provided an opportunity to solve some challenging use cases at Disney. The deployment of Hadoop helped Disney to address growing costs, scalability, and data availability. In addition, it provids our businesses with new data driven business to consumer opportunities.
The Data Trifecta – Privacy, Security & Governance Race from Reactivity to Re...DATAVERSITY
Change is hard, especially in response to negative stimuli or what is perceived as negative stimuli. So organizations need to reframe how they think about data privacy, security and governance, treating them as value centers to 1) ensure enterprise data can flow where it needs to, 2) prevent – not just react – to internal and external threats, and 3) comply with data privacy and security regulations.
Working together, these roles can accelerate faster access to approved, relevant and higher quality data – and that means more successful use cases, faster speed to insights, and better business outcomes. However, both new information and tools are required to make the shift from defense to offense, reducing data drama while increasing its value.
Join us for this panel discussion with experts in these fields as they discuss:
- Recent research about where data privacy, security and governance stand
- The most valuable enterprise data use cases
- The common obstacles to data value creation
- New approaches to data privacy, security and governance
- Their advice on how to shift from a reactive to resilient mindset/culture/organization
You’ll be educated, entertained and inspired by this panel and their expertise in using the data trifecta to innovate more often, operate more efficiently, and differentiate more strategically.

When it comes to creating an enterprise AI strategy: if your company isn’t good at analytics, it’s not ready for AI. Succeeding in AI requires being good at data engineering AND analytics. Unfortunately, management teams often assume they can leapfrog best practices for basic data analytics by directly adopting advanced technologies such as ML/AI – setting themselves up for failure from the get-go. This presentation explains how to get basic data engineering and the right technology in place to create and maintain data pipelines so that you can solve problems with AI successfully.
Data governance involves setting up procedures and regulations to enable the smooth sharing, managing, and availability of data.
The idea is to prevent an overlap of resources. When you have data governance procedures you experience faster decision-making processes while moving data from just a company’s by-product to a critical asset within the organization. Check out this and know how to build a strong Governance framework for your organization

Over one third of the Swedish companies, report that they have strategic challenges in providing the right tools to their employees. At the same time, they are convinced that they could be much more effective if they did it right. So what is missing when companies plan and implement investments in intranets, collaborative interfaces and digital workplace?
