• 1984, Started transport Company with 1 truck
• 1986, Became reputed transport with increased Capacity.
• 1988, Started dealing in Cement Sale
• 1989, Got involved with Cement Marketing for more client
• 1994, By this time we had dealers in almost all the cement brands
• 2012, We started S. S. Logistics with renewed energy for expansion.
• 2013, received OCL IBD logistics service work,
• 2014,
– Started Institutional Buyer marketing
– Supported OCL with same and Client List doubled in 3 months times
– Received ACC IBD Logistics Service
– Also received Birla Corporation Limited Primary Transportation Job.

– Received Dalmia Cement Secondary Work Order.
– Authorized as Ambuja Cement primary transporter.

9. • Issue Faced By OCL in CED
– CnF was alone responsible for everything
– Syndicate was creating issue.
– Turn around time was very high
– Due to under handling customer base was not expanding
• Due to service of S. S. Logistics
– Turn around time has been reduced to max 10 to 15 min
– Customer base has expanded to 3 times
– Average lifting has been increased to 5310 mt

• Issue Faced By OCL in KGP
– Syndicate was lifting all the material.
– Syndicate was not allowing CnF or Transporter to operate
– Turn around time was very high
– Challan was not given without payment
• Due to service of S. S. Logistics
– Since here we had no role except managing the process.
– Just to Support our Customer OCL, we started operating in
low the margin.
– KGP is also working fine without any issue to OCL
