The interview conducted in February 2020 explored Saudi students' experiences in the U.S., revealing that cultural differences posed significant challenges initially, but students adapted over time, gaining cultural competency and appreciating the high-quality education. The study showed that while students struggled with issues like public transportation and social openness, they ultimately valued their educational experiences and developed a better understanding of American culture. Furthermore, despite the difficulties faced, many students maintained a strong connection to their Saudi identity throughout their studies.
