Area: 5000 square meters.
This bank concept based on breaking the solidity of secure
banks by creating glass box which is transformed from the
usual concepts (solid masses) which presents the safe box,
to maximize the view to the river in front of the site.
With advanced nowadays security options, architects can
design the shape they want using other ways to keep their
buildings secure.
The main problem was what zones to put in the glass mass
that will not affect the functionality of the bank.

10. HEALTH RESORT & SPA Academic Projects
Traditional design on an old town northern Iraq,
rich with its mineral water which used for
treating many skin diseases.
It is a resort for tourists & medical light skin
diseases.
The form of this complex is very clear
representing functional zones, separating each
function on a branch connecting with the main
circulation and management body, this
separation is very important for zones to
separate the transition diseases treatment
zones from other tourists & non diseases
zones.
Touch of modern in openings shape & the
residential towers breaks the typical traditional
design and gives a sense of the nowadays
buildings
It was a challenge to separate the zones & its
facilities so it will not mixed with each other and
cause skin diseases for healthy people.

12. SYRIAC CHURCH COMPLEX Projects
Second Prize for Syriac church design competition on October 2011
Queen of Peace Church concept is designed from Mary’s icon, the church plan form is a
divestiture of Mary’s image, more concepts on the 3d form, walls representing bible papers and
the 3 entrances represent the trinity.
Many other philosophies behind the 4 glasses inscriptions which represent the 4 bible writers
Total land area = 7097.8m2 Designed area = 4884.8m2 Future extension area = 2213m2

10m*20m house design for phase 2 in
New Azadi residential project
As families get bigger, and grand
parents sometimes lives with their son
family, special needs for a ground floor
suite is required in additional to the daily
use zones plus the guest reception
which is recommended due to society
culture all of these were the challenge to
fit them all in 1 level
Also as Atconz houses policy, the
company put a rule not to attach the
houses to each other, each house has
its own car park garage & a generous
garden.
I personally own a house like this one,
its designed to be comfortable, heat
isolated and windows shutters, with 2
suites, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1
restroom, 1 reception & dining room,
kitchen & family room, balconies.

Simple circulation plan, clear and
easy access for all shops.
This mall planned to serve not only
the residents of Atconz residential
village but there’s access streets to
the city to serve all Erbil city
residents.
The site includes parking areas and
greenery, latter added town houses &
apartments for the mall employers.

21. 12.5m*20m house design in Erbil 2014
In this house it was recommended to create
an outdoor space which is visible from all day
zones (Reception & dining, family room &
kitchen)
This outdoor space could be a pool or a
generous garden, the owner will decide later
choosing between his children who want the
pool & him who wants the garden.
A generous reception & dining room, family
room with a double volume ceiling has the
main view & access to the pool, kitchen &
breakfast area too have a view & access.
A ground floor suite for the parents was a
challenge to fit it with all recommended
generous spaces in gr. Floor.
The form is a modern design located in a new
neighborhood, two options made for the client
the second option is chosen which give more
privacy if he wants to separate the pool from
the front of the house & giving semi shaded
pool by louvers in the up floor.

3d modeling for a floating restaurant in
the river
3 stories restaurant, the first type of
restaurants in Iraq a floating one.
Serving a classy menu and contains
closed and opened halls, service access
and main bridge entrance to the
restaurant.
It was a challenge to make it looks like
real ship.
My duty was to create the 3d model for a
designed plans with a general 3d concept
by another architect.
