Aloha! Welcome to Ohana Place, where lush tropical greenery, modern Polynesian architecture, and soothing resort-like amenities blend together to create a home in the spirit of the tropical haven of Hawaii. Named after the Hawaiian word for family, Ohana Place consists of seven medium-rise condominiums spread across three hectares of tropical terrain. It is located along the highly accessible Alabang-Zapote Road in Las Piñas City.
DISTINCT FEATURES
Nearness to Life's Necessities
This 3-hectare clustered condominium development is conveniently located along the highly accessible Alabang-Zapote Road, providing easy access to public transportation and to major thorough fares like SLEX and Coastal road. Situated near the Las Piñas-Muntinlupa City boundary, it is just a stone's throw away from the posh Alabang area where upscale commercial centers, private schools, and exclusive villages are located.
Architectural Glories of the Islands
Steeply-inclined roofs, lightly-toned woods, exotic artwork, and floral embellishments are the physical articulations of Modern Polynesian architecture, the chosen inspiration for this development. All of these are present in Ohana Place, complemented with careful planning and layout of the residential buildings and open spaces within the development.
For Your Enjoyment
More than 6,000 sqm of land has been dedicated just for amenities. It boasts of an expansive pool complex made more impressive by a rock formation surrounded by water cascades and slides. There are also cabanas with grill pits, active play areas like the basketball court and children's playground, and pockets parks and gardens teeming with exotic flora. At the center is the Luau Pavilion, the Grand Clubhouse of Ohana Place, equipped with a fitness gym, entertainment room, and multi-purpose halls.

AREA PLAN FLOOR PLAN
Autism Research Facility – Concept Statement The main focus for the research facility is to address the elements
that create sensitivity issues in the patients in order to properly assess and initiate individual appropriate programs
for them. Environmentally friendly design is always in the forefront. Lighting in the rooms will consist primarily of
natural light and some soft colorful LED lighting. The sound will be toned appropriately by placing openings and
utilizing sound proofing materials on the floors, walls and ceilings of each room. Beds will be tent-like structures to
provide a secure feeling for the patient. In addition the rooms will provide tactile experiences and energy exuding
activities, including climbing, and spaces to immerse themselves in different elements such as ball pits. Additional
bedding will be placed for family members in the form of murphy beds and a bunk bed. Whenever possible, repur-
posed, recycled and sustainable materials will be utilized.
