Marketing Plan and Sales Strategy
Company’s Target Market
The target market for Fruitfit Company that is located in the city of Samut Prakan, Thailand, consists of both the youths and the aged population. The age bracket of the targeted population is between 24 to 70 years of age. The fruits and vegetable beverages target the age group that is cautious of their health regarding harmful chemicals in soft drinks. The herbs contained in the beverages of Fruitfit Company are also regarded for medicinal purposes. The product of the company does not target any specific demographic groups in terms of education, income, or ethnic group. However, the 24-70 age groups are the primary target of the company since the youths and the adults are the majority of the city while the herbal content of the beverages targets the aged population. As per the age structure of Thailand, the 25-54 age group accounts for 46.32% of the total population of the nation (The World Factbook., n.d). The company is located in the central part of the city, which has an average population of 388,920 individuals. The targeted individuals in the city are people who consider natural products that are free of chemicals. Their taste is in line with the mission of the company, which is aimed at providing the fruit and vegetable beverages that are natural and free of harmful chemicals.
Company’s Market Competition
The marketing strategy that is deployed by Fruitfit Company to obtain the competitive advantage is through differentiation (Sherlekar, Prasad & Victor, 2010). It is achieved through the production of the organic beverage rather than the commercial ones. Considering that stable companies that manufacture non-alcoholic beverages are a vital threat in competing for the market, the organization decided to venture into the manufacture of the fruits and vegetable beverages and integrated with herbs. The approach is appropriate to attain the competitive advantage since there is global awareness regarding harmful chemicals that exist in the commercial drinks. Citizens are moving away from the commercial drinks since their chemical content is posing a harmful risk to their health. The global awareness of such risks has given Fruitfit Company the competitive advantage since people prefer taking their products. In addition, Fruitfit Company has numerous outlets within the city and across the nation that deliver the beverage close to the clients which will ease access by the buyers.
The organization also chose fruits and vegetables as ingredients in its beverage since they are readily available from the farmers and are less expensive. Competition is the major challenge in the non-alcoholic beverage industry, which prompts each company producing such beverages to obtain differentiated approaches to obtain the competitive advantage. Therefore, Fruitfit Company took the approach of producing the or ...

A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.

Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.

Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

4. Introduction of reliance fresh:
About
Reliance Fresh a convenient store format, is governed by the Mukesh
Ambani and is the most important part of Reliance Industries retail
Business. Reliance Ltd. has planned to invest more than Rs. 25000
crores in the retail division.
It also comprises more than 560 reliance fresh stores all over the
country. The outlet sells fresh fruits, staples, dairy products, fresh juice
bars, groceries and vegetables. A distinctive Reliance Fresh outlet is
around 3000 to 4000 sq. feet and accommodates catchment area of one
to three Kilometers.
History of Reliance Fresh
The Reliance Retail had to face various difficulties before the launch of
Reliance fresh, because of the various circumstances prevailing in
Orissa, West Bengal and UP, along with the news focusing on the dearth
of vegetables and fruits stocks. The retail business of Reliance then
minimized its exposure in vegetable and fruit business, as a result
established Reliance fresh positioning a pure super market play focusing
on various categories like IT, consumer durables, home, FMCG and food.
The retail company of Reliance may not supply the vegetables and fruits
in a few states, the Reliance Fresh decided to not to race with local
wholesalers partly because of the political reasons as well as its
incapability to maintain a healthy supply chain.
Growth of Reliance Fresh
The first ever a Reliance Fresh store was established in Hyderabad,
wherein the company, mainly focused on the fresh produced vegetables
and fruits at comparatively low price along with an introduction of farm
to fork theory.
This was the idea, which was anticipated by the company was to take the
supply direct from the farmers and then sell straightaway to the

5. consumers removing the middle-men off the beaten track. Reliance
introduced several formats in the marketplace to cater to needs of
common people, which includes Reliance Fresh, Reliance Super, Reliance
Footprint, Reliance Timeout, Reliance Jewels, Reliance wellness, Reliance
Mart and Reliance Digital, to name a few.
In addition to this, the Reliance Retail also entered into a treaty with
Apple, which is a leading Information Technology company, to set up a
series of Apple Specialty Outlets branded as IStore, with its first ever
store in Bangalore.
With an idea to produce inclusive prosperity and growth for farmers,
consumers, small shopkeepers and vendor partners, Reliance Retail was
set up in order to lead the foray of Reliance Group into an organized
retail.
Objectives:-
To provide high quality products to its customers.
To reduce spoilage through its state of-the-art supply chain &
logistic networks.
To enrich customer’s shopping experience through customized
offer, private labels & ‘value for money’ merchandise.
To foster relationship with partners that will create new avenues of
value enhancement for customers.
To bolster its agribusiness & dairy value chain to support its
rapidly expanding store footprint.
To ensures fair & timely payments to farmers.
Product Availability:
Although Reliance Fresh is mainly concerned about stocking fresh
vegitables and fruits but due to some political controversy they mainly
focus on the household products and FMCG products.
The product details are listed below:

7. Inventory management and logistics:
The shelves are refilled during the mid day (generally around 2:00 to
3:00) when the customer pressure is very less. As per the store manager
they generally refilled the stores twice or thrice in a week depending
upon the sales of the products. Like as the fruits and vegetables are
highly perishable items so the stock is relatively less and are refilled
more often than others. The vegetables are kept in a low volume as they
stay only for a day, whereas the fruits kept in specially designed shelves
where the fruits stay fresh for a longer time.
As per the store manager, they have a particular source for all the
reliance stores in Indore from which the products are distributed in each
of the reliance fresh store according to the need and requirements.
Though he has not disclosed the overall inbound logistics strategy in his
store, he told the reliance fresh’s inbound logistics strategy all over the
India. They have their own Reliance Logistics Ltd. Part of Reliance
Industries Ltd, currently handles Reliance retail’s logistics service.
MIS report on Reliance fresh Page 7
8. Recommendation (as per observations at selected location)
Reliance fresh super value must concentrate more on the fruit &
vegetable section.
With reference to the Indian shopping mentality the store has to
ensure that the quality of fruits & vegetables is to be maintained as
per the unorganized retail sector.
Reliance fresh must concentrate more on Customers Service
Associates (CSA) because of lack of communication with customers.
If we talk about Indore then there are only 9 Reliance fresh. So the
company must focus on opening more outlets because they are in
the business of selling daily fruits & vegetables.
Conclusion:
With the growing retail concept Reliance Fresh is really a fresh air in the
arena of vegetable and fruit market. But due to some political and local
problems all Reliance stores are not allowed to keep vegetables and fruits
according to their goal.
