- V & M layer: Why are you here? What is your connection to the world and your stakeholders? Henry Ford. How can we make money on that? Strategic: What goals do I set in relation to my mission? What is my long term direction? Tactical: How do I know if I’m meeting my goals? What KPI’s have I defined? Operational: What do I need to administer to run my business? Which properties are important?
- Knowing these levels of information and their corresponding level of governance, let’s look at what this means for Integrated Reporting. Communication: Integrated report. Communication to stakeholders. Advertising. Performance and Planning: How did I do? This Month? (Frequency?) What are my plans? Budgets, forecasts. Meaning and Analyses: What is the relation to other data in my Organization? How do I formulate KPI ’s Administration: What data do I collect? What format does it have? What do I need to add meaning to that data.
