Prove the value of your process improvement programs to the business
While a BPM initiative was initially launched, it was without a comprehensive plan and C-level support. Even though an ambitious 120,000 business process flow charts were created and published for general employee access, the majority of these processes were out of date by the time they were mapped, and the system had no way to correlate data or make visual comparisons. It was soon apparent that this approach would not meet primary business objectives.
Currently, this multinational bank has 750 active business users mapping processes, 70 users creating dashboards, 1,000 users consulting them on a regular basis. Leveraging the process-centric performance management iGrafx provides enabled this multi-national back to gain the visibility needed to really understand the performance of the business, and then decide on the required actions.
