Navratri during the launch of Mission Shakti 4.0. The distinguished women, including ISRO scientist Ritu
Karidhal Srivastava, HCL Chairperson and the Trustee of the Shiv Nadar Foundation, Ms. Roshni Nadar
Malhotra, and Padma Shri Hema Prabha Sotia, were recognized for their extraordinary contributions in
their respective fields.
Mission Shakti, a pioneering program initiated by the Uttar Pradesh government in 2020, is dedicated to
ensuring the safety, dignity, and self-reliance of women in the state. CM Yogi Adityanath emphasized
the importance of these three goddess-like qualities - truth, knowledge, and happiness - represented by
