the assigned task from the Project Manger and understanding the exact nature of the
deadlines of that task plus supervising the laborers and maintaining all Safety
regulations per OSHA standards.

sidewalk as they approached an intersection. Skill required was residential construction,
machine operator, and concrete finishing
