Key Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include assisting the Accountant in preparing financial transactions records , filing
of loans applications and voucher documents, and conducting any other assignments as instructed towards

Specific duties
• Assisting the Accountant in reviewing all loans disbursement and settlement, summary loans
collection, and vouchers.
• Assisting the Accountants in recording accounting transactions into the accounting software.
• Recording petty cash transactions on a daily basis.
• Assigning account codes to vouchers and checking for the accuracy and completeness of documents.

Key Responsibilities
The main responsibility involves marketing, informative discussions about ACCA and letting people know
more about the brand. It also involves organizing events for ACCA within the campus to provide a platform
for ACCA to interact with students.
Specific duties
• Collect information on potential students and share with them the opportunities of becoming an
ACCA member.
• Maintain a list of the potential students and discuss the requirements for commencing the ACCA
Course.
• Provide feedback to ACCA on all enquiries and potential students.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and continue relationships with all potential students.
