 The genre for our film is romantic
 Trailers include a selection of shots from afilm being
advertised. The purpose of the trailer is to attract an
audience to the film, they are usually made from the
most exciting, funny, or important parts of the film but
in abbreviated form and are usually done without
spoiling the storyline.

3.  Romantic films focus on emotion, passion and a
couples relationship. Couples can face obstacles, for
example finances, illness or someone leaving. Most
love films focus on love at first sight, happy
endings, forbidden love and final kisses.

4.  Our inspirations for ideas have been Dear John, One
Day, The Notebook, The Last Song and The Lucky One.

5.  Child actors being friends and the boy moves house.
 He gives her a gift.
 10 years later he becomes ill and as she ignores the gifts
so he becomes worse
 She rushes to find him to make him better and be
together.

6.  When we are planning each scene and event for our
trailer we will need to think about the codes and
conventions of Romantic films and include them in
our trailer to ensure that our trailer is similar to other
film trailers existing today.
