2. My Roles
• Sound (accompanied by Ross)- For the soundtrack to our trailer I will be
writing my own song and preforming/singing it and Ross will be adding the
backing track to the song on garage band.
• Makeup/costumes- I will be researching and providing the special effect
makeup and costumes for our trailer which is a major part of the film as it
includes a lot of gore.
• Production- I will be doing the production which includes casting, picking
the locations to film etc.
• Cinematography – I will be filming the actual shots for the trailer to the
film and studying the different shot types to make sure the angles and
shot types we use are aesthetically pleasing and work well for the genre.
• Mise-en-scene- This will include lighting and setting (including and props
in the background of the shot) .
3. Ross
• Sound- Backing track for the written song on
garage band.
• Editing- Editing including adding transitions and
sound etc.. Once the trailer has been filmed
• Screenplay- Performance, positioning, script etc..
For the actors so they know what they are
supposed to do.
• Cinematography- Ross will also be assisting and
giving opinion of the way that the trailer is
filmed. (creative input)
