The creation of Pakistan too had many contributors who played a vital role in
the Freedom Movement but the role of students, unquestionably, had been
remarkable throughout.
The credit for the educational performance and awakening of the Muslims of
the sub-continent surely goes to (sir syed Ahmed Khan)

The all India Students federation (AISF).
Was the first student union in India level.
It was founded by students on 12 August 1936 with the guidance of Nehru.
At that time it worked for the independence of india
which was also known as (baby of Congress).

Result in the creation of all India Muslim students federation
(AIMSF).
This origination was formed on 17 January 1936 having
(Muhammad Wasiq) as it’s general secretary and
(Muhammad Noman) as it’s origination secretary.

Muslim student of Panjab Sindh Balochistan north west frontier province
(NWFP) Bengal, Assam, Bombay, Bihar, Central provinces (CP) Dehli Madras
Orissa United province (UP) and Banglore had their own Muslim student
federation (MSF) who worked for the struggle of Pakistan.

They Worked as Socially intellectually journalistically and politically to serve
the national goals.
They were titled as Khadm e Pakistan and Mujahid e Pakistan they also
interacted with the common people of different villagers and town giving the
political awareness.
As the time drew closer for the election of 1945-6 hundred of trained
volunteers were opponent for different duties in the election campaign as
well as for the election day they had to face enormous difficulties in the form
of police and official interfrence.
7. Role of Women
Now we are going to discuss few women that played active role in the
freedom movement of Pakistan
Bi Amman (1850-1924)
Abadi bano begum mother of (Moulana Shaukat Ali) and (Moulana Muhammad
Ali Johar).
She always raised voice against British imperialism.
Supported khilafat movement and fight for freedom.
She encourage her sons to fight for Freedom.

Begum Moulana M. Ali Johar 1885-1947
Member of all India Muslim league.
She was the first one to address the public meetings.
She accompanied her husband on all political conferences.
Miss Fatima Jinnah 1893-1967
Organised women's wing of Muslim League.
Active member of all the women's committees of all Muslim league.
She played an important role in creating political awareness among Muslim women.
She also accompanied her brother Muhammad Ali Jinnah in political commitments
and she was given the title of (Mother e Millat)

Begum Rana Liaqat Ali 1905- 1990
Rana Liaqat Ali khan formed women’s voluntary service and women’s national
guard in 1949.
She worked as an honorary secretary of Liaqat Ali khan who was her husband
and also worked as general secretary of all India Muslim league.
She was the first NGO for women, All Pakistan women association (APWA).
The basic aim of this association was to give social and economics wealth to
women of Pakistan.
Till day this origination is working and has almost 56 different branches and
different districts.

Lady Nusrat Haroon 1886-1966
She was member of Pakistan movement in Sindh and also member of social club in
Dehli (Nusrat Club).
She was elected for the president of women for all India Muslim league in 1943.
And she remain vice president of all Indian women’s association (APWA).
Begum shaista Ikramullah 1915-200
She was the daughter of Suhrawardy.
She was the vice chancellor of Calcutta University.
She was the first member constituent Assembly of Pakistan from 1947 to 1953.
She was the member of advisory board of education of Pakistan from 1947 to 1956.
She was well educated lady.

with you”
And Muhammad Ali Jinnah said
“Education is a matter of life and death to our nation. The world is moving so
fast that if we do not educate ourselves we will not only be left behind but
also will be no more”
