2. Project Undertaken:
 “Design and Manufacturing of MCB Switching Knob Laser Marking Special
Purpose Machine”
This is the in progress project for Master’s Thesis which is going to be done in industry while doing
7 months internship. This is the project related to manufacturing mass quantity of knobs of products
like MCB, RCCB etc. The knob has printed marks for instruction purpose like ON/OFF. This project is
going to be done with various mechanical components design with pneumatic system controlled by PLC
and LabView for marking purpose.

 “Automated speed control of vehicle in restricted areas by using RF”
Implementation of microcontroller based embedded system to design speed limiter and reliever circuits
for speed regulation. The ‘Speed Limiter’ and ‘Reliever’ circuits are installed in the vehicle itself.
 “ Optimal Vector Control of Kite Tethers for Maximum Power Extraction”
High altitude power generation using kites is method of harvesting wind power using tethered kites
at high altitude. Designing of kites through software and finding the algorithm.
 “Design and simulation of electro-hydraulic system by using MATLAB and
PLC”
In this system, I have designed and simulated one electro-hydraulic system for purpose of
mounting a material on conveyor with two hydraulic cylinders with the help of MATLAB and
Bosch Rexroth PLC software.
 “Design and manufacturing of robotic gripper with local heating purpose”
This purpose this project to design a robotic gripper in the way that will pick the material
and place simultaneously it will heat some particular points of the material which is known as local

 “Design and manufacturing of Rajgira Blooming Machine for food industry”
This was a Bachelor of Engineering last year project which gives idea to improve technology
used in food industry. In many region of food industry the improvement must be required. Rajgira
is the local snacks in Maharashtra which requires blooming process that we tried to do slightly
automated. We participated in National Conference on Innovations in Mechanical Engineering,
April 2015 at MIT Academy of Engineering, Alandi, Pune for this project.
