Within the next 20 years, mobiles will be how most people experience the digital world. This presentation looked at mobile coupon usage which drove over 400,000 redemptions and increased customer spending, all at a fraction of the cost of traditional promotions. The speaker encouraged the audience to stay updated on future mobile trends and developments.

These will only be gained when the symbolic structures have an actual semantics. I give an operational definition of semantics as “predictable inference”. This paper introduces epistemic interaction within the context of human-system communication, illustrating how deliberate interaction design can improve system understanding and adaptation.
