This document describes an online wellness program that provides tools and strategies to improve health, energy, and lifestyle choices. The program consists of modules that help participants assess their current wellness, identify health goals, learn about nutrition, exercise, supplements, and other wellness topics. Upon completion, participants will have gained a sense of life purpose and vision along with tools to design a healthy lifestyle.
