Electric shock- LOW Made sure all wires were plugged in
appropriately, and equipmentsetup properly.
Wires/trip hazard - LOW Made sure wires were appropriatelysetup so
no one tripped over them and hurt themselves.
Obstruction/objectfalling- LOW We mighthave been an obstruction to people
trying to get aboutin the corridors and art
studio,so we were fully aware of where we
were setting up and setup equipment
appropriately.
Filming in the art studio,not ruining any equipment -

Due to filming in the art department,we had to
be cautious when getting equipmentout,but
we ensured this when filming.
Security & Storage:
We were just situated in Avenue campus, so equipment was booked out and returned as soon as it
was finished with.

Changemaker.We also did some filming in
the art studio,which we had to be careful
with so we didn’truin any of the art
equipment,also used the media equipment
appropriately.

able to get a second glance on the other
Hub. We filmed various shots ofthe office
workers completing their dailytasks,also
talking to students and giving them advice.
We also filmed a lot of cutaway shots
involving students walking in and outof the
Hub and posters thatwere put up in the
Hub.
