This document reviews hazard and risk control measures for an upcoming film shoot. It identifies six potential hazards: 1) injuries on set, 2) vehicles and traffic, 3) filming on campus/in school rooms, 4) fire, 5) noise complaints, and 6) damage to special filming equipment. For each hazard, control measures that have already been or will be implemented are described, and whether the controls are expected to be effective is noted. The controls include pre-filming setup, filming at quiet times and locations, acquiring necessary permits, having first aid and emergency equipment available, notifying local communities, and using protective equipment and checklists.

1 Injury Injuries are common on sets however in order to prevent this the crew and I will be
setting up the equipment before and cast arrive on set/location. This will be very helpful
as its easier to organise things and make sure everything is in the correct order as less
people will be on set. If any injuries do take place onset we will have a first aid kit
available on set in order to treat the injury. Also numbers of further assistance will be
provided.

2 Vehicles and Traffic We will be using vehicles however not during peek hour where its busy and the peek of
traffic. This due to many factors such as noise for the vehicles and the safety of our cast
and crew as it is unpredictable how people drive. The scenes that involve the car will
take place in a quite location, most likely a car park.

3 On Campus/School During the filming on campus we will be using rooms at hours when they are not
available. This will be done by booking the room at a free time with heads of
department. The ideal time to book the rooms would be after school hours as the rooms
needed are most likely available.

4 Fire In case of a fire, fire accessories will be available such as a fire extinguisher/blanket on
set. Our campus and the houses we are filming in already have access to these things
however if we don't have reach to any of these things we have the number of the fire
department in case of further assistance.

5 Noise To prevent any complaints we will be informing teachers, students and residents a
notification that filming will be taking place. If there are any complaints, looking into
further locations will be taken into consideration. Y / N
6 Special Filming Equipment The equipment we will be using will be provided by the campus and our own equipment
will also be used. To prevent anything from being damaged we will have cases and
protection with us at all times. In orderer for nothing getting lost, a check list will be
done at end of shoots to make sure nothing is missing.
