Date
Filming at: Eccles College Basketball Gym
Possible Hazards: Slips and trips
Risk: Slipping and tripping Level of Risk:
The basketball gym might have just been cleaned or someone
might have spilt water on the surface therefore causing problems
for the film crew to slip and hurt themselves.
In terms with the equipment and other bags, the crew might trip
over them or trip over wires. This will cause problems for the film
crew and causing them to hurt themselves.
Make sure that the lighting equipment isn’t in the way of the film
crew. Tripping over the lighting equipment will cause danger for
the film crew.
With the basketball itself the ball will bounce everywhere so it is
important for the film crew to prepare of where the ball is ending
up because this might cause danger for the film crew as it might
knock over any equipment.

Solutions:
Make sure that the surface is clean and not wet, and put the bags
away at the side. With the wires make sure that the wires are
noted with the film crew so they know where they are if they can’t
be put aside.
Always make note of where the equipment is so there wouldn’t be
ant slips or trips during the entire time of filming the project.
2. Prepare the film crew of where the ball might bounce off, doing
this will prevent of the ball hitting any filming equipment.
