Photoshoot in photography studio

Contacts for all problems are the media teachers Mrs Jones and Mr Drummond as well as the
photography teachers Mrs Weston and Mr Fielder and the parents who gave permission and know
when and where the photoshoot takes place.

okay and are standing/
hanging steadily and, if not,
warn the artist or tell the
school where there is a
problem.
Hot studio lights are being
touched
3/5 Tell the artist not to touch
the lights as they can get
very hot. Make sure a first
aid kid is around in case
she burns herself.
Tripping over a cable from
lights or other electrical
equipment
4/5 Advise the artist to pay
attention to all the cables on
the floor that are possibly
dangerous.
Something falls off the
shelf
2/5 Control if all the shelves are
safe and nothing on it, like
cameras or other
photographic material, is
about to fall down and
possibly hurt someone
Tripping when looking
into the bright lights or
the flashlight
4/5 Warn the actor about the
bright lighting and tell her
not to look directly into the
lights.
Fire caused by
overheating, electrical
sparks or a short circuit
4/5 Turn off the lights when they
are not used so that they do
not overheat and make sure
all the equipment and lights
are okay.
Dropping the camera 2/5 Be careful while using the
camera and use the strap
for around the neck.
Getting hit by the door 2/5 Open and close the door
carefully and make sure
nobody is standing behind
it.
