Risk Assessment Sheet
Project title: The world of the super natural
Client:
Writer: Ryan Harris
Producer: Ryan Harris
Director: Ryan Harris
Date: 07/03/14
Major issues:
 People may startle the wild animals that are around with the flash on the
camera, causing the animal to feel threatened and may cause the animal to
attack.
 As some of my project will be at night it will be dark and we may trip over
and hurt ourselves and may potentially damage any equiptment we are
using.
 Equipment being broken due to lack of care or bad weather ruining the
camera set and the session
 We could be hit or hurt by cars, due to filming out in the public
Solutions:
 Take care using the flash and make sure that we stay away from any wild
animals.
 Take care when we are walking to different locations, to look where we are
going and to put away any equiptment we are finished with.
 Clearing up the sites to stop silly accidents from occuring and putting up
more signs around the site to make the us more aware of the dangers.
 Making sure we are organised and know what we are doing and when, this
will reduce the amount of confusion on set, leading to a more productive
photography session.
 we should take extra care not be distracted when we are by the roads and
make sure we look out for any incoming vehicles.
