2. Why? We are doing this risk assessment to make sure that when filming nothing serious happens that an cause any particular harm to any person or equipment. By doing this we can make sure that the place is free from danger and each and that everyone involved in the film is safe.

3. Identify? Equipment could get damaged People involved in the film could get injured May be too dark and need extra lighting Because it’s in a public place make sure we don’t get and other people in the film that haven’t given consent

4. How might people or equipment get harmed? They may not be enough light for the filming we want to do. People in the public area could be there and we won’t have there permission to film them. It may get water damaged (e.g. if it’s raining). They may trip, fall and hurt themselves. It may get dropped on the floor. They may fall into the lake. Equipment People

5. How will we solve this? For any water damage to any of the equipment we must make sure that we take extra care in what ever we do and don’t let anyone use it if they don’t know what they are doing. For no one to get injured who is on the filming team we must make sure they know exactly what their role is and how they are going to play it.

6. If there are people at the destination where we want to film we will have to ask them if we have their permission to film while they are around. To make sure that nobody trips and falls we need to make the filming area a hazard free zone. We can do this by walking around the place to make sure there is nothing that could harm anyone. If there isn’t enough light we will have to use extra lighting but make sure it is all the same throughout the film otherwise it won’t look realistic.

7. Conclusion Overall we need to make sure that everything is checked out before we attempt to film. By doing this we can make sure that no one gets hurt and equipment doesn’t get broken.
