Major issues:
 Actors and crew falling over debri in and around indoor
locations
 Ebony seriously injuring herself whilst dancing.
 Charlie and Ebony seriously injuring themselves when
they purposely walk into eachother.
 Possibly distruction of equipment due to potentially
dropping it off the stage by accident
 Equipment being left at the locations
Solutions:
 Make sure the indoor locations are free of any
equipment and items that are not needed whilst Ebony is
dancing
 Make sure Charlie and Ebony do not walk into each other
to violently
 Ensure there are no sharp objects in and around the
dance site in case of falls
 Make sure the ground is soft to land on
 Ensure the camera is strapped around the neck to ensure
that it is not dropped
 When leaving a location, double check there is no
equipment left on the site.
