• Secondly and most importantly, I want to thank all of you for what you do to give back. You all have very
unique viewpoints but with a common mission which is to raise awareness about some of the most
important issues that society is facing. After the election results, it is more important than ever to give
people accurate sources of information about what is happening with our planet.
• That is the main reason that Kate and Nick and I are very excited about working with all of you because we
believe in what you do and we plan on bringing more revenue to you that can help further build your
audiences and also enable you to continue to create great content. With all of us working together, we
have a much stronger story for advertisers than any of us would have individually. Our total visitors now
totals over 11.2 million which gives us a great story and many of the users are also Millennials and
advertisers are very anxious to reach this audience. As we were do research prior to even reaching out to
