Understanding the role of individual learner in adaptive and personalized e-l...journalBEEI
Dynamic learning environment has emerged as a powerful platform in a modern e-learning system. The learning situation that constantly changing has forced the learning platform to adapt and personalize its learning resources for students. Evidence suggested that adaptation and personalization of e-learning systems (APLS) can be achieved by utilizing learner modeling, domain modeling, and instructional modeling. In the literature of APLS, questions have been raised about the role of individual characteristics that are relevant for adaptation. With several options, a new problem has been raised where the attributes of students in APLS often overlap and are not related between studies. Therefore, this study proposed a list of learner model attributes in dynamic learning to support adaptation and personalization. The study was conducted by exploring concepts from the literature selected based on the best criteria. Then, we described the results of important concepts in student modeling and provided definitions and examples of data values that researchers have used. Besides, we also discussed the implementation of the selected learner model in providing adaptation in dynamic learning.

(3) finding the effectiveness of the learning model through testing the learning model on a limited and broad scale, (4) and disseminating the developed learning model to the teachers of Technology Vocational Schools in North Sumatra Province. This research uses development research methods, carried out directly with descriptive data collection that processes and analyzes inductive data. To produce operational products, namely the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI) based learning model, a cycle of research and development was carried out known as "the R & D cycle" which was carried out in stages over a period of three years. In the first year research, survey methods were used through needs analysis. The second year, the trial method was used through expert review procedures, one-on-one trials, small group trials, and field trials (first class). In the third year using a quasi-experimental method with the design of "Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design", for a broader scale and method of dissemination. The population of this research is the State Technology Vocational School students in the field of technology and engineering expertise in North Sumatra Province. The research sample was taken by area randomly. Data collection techniques used in this study were non-test techniques and test techniques. The non-test techniques used were questionnaire techniques, interviews, and documentation. The test technique used is the appearance test technique (performance test). The data analysis techniques used are (1) descriptive analysis to describe the data analysis of the needs and results of the trial data, and (2) One Way Anova test to determine the differences in the effectiveness of the teaching materials tested.

This study examines the study skills and the learning styles of university students by using scoring method. The study investigates whether the study skills can be summarized in a single universal score that measures how hard a student works. The sample consists of 418 undergraduate students of an international university. The presented scoring was method adapted from the domain of risk management. The proposed method computes an overall score that represents the study skills, using a linear weighted summation scheme. From among 50 questions regarding to learning and study skills, the 30 highest weighted questions are suggested to be used in the future studies as a learning and study skills inventor. The proposed scoring method and study yield results and insights that can guide educators regarding how they can improve their students’ study skills. The main point drawn from this study is that the students greatly value opportunities for interaction with instructors and peers, cooperative learning and active engagement in lectures.

The attitudes of secondary school students towards physical education and sports lessons and their teachers were tried to be determined through metaphors in this study. In the study, in which the mixed research method was used, the convergent parallel design was adopted. In the research, “physical education teacher evaluation scale based on student opinions”, “physical education attitude scale for secondary education students” and the metaphor sentence created by the researchers were used as data collection tools. The study group consisted of 185 secondary school students. The obtained quantitative data were analyzed in the Jamovi 2.0.0 statistical software program. Independent sample t-test and Pearson correlation test were used in pairwise comparisons. When the data obtained were examined, significant differences were determined according to the physical education teacher (PEL) attitude, gender, sports background, PEL, and teacher love. In the mean scores of physical education teacher evaluation, there were differences according to gender, PEL, and teacher love. The findings of the qualitative data were analyzed with the content analysis method, and categories and themes were created. The metaphors for physical education and sports lessons were grouped under two categories, while the metaphors for the physical education and sports teacher were grouped under three categories.

The aim of the project is the construction of a battery of scales (SGE) enabling a comprehensive diagnosis of psychological readiness of teachers and prospective teachers to create an effective e-learning environment.
The project constitutes an attempt to meet current and, at the same time, urgent socio-educational needs. To this end, it will provide a diagnostic tool of a high psychometric quality that will enable a comprehensive diagnosis of psychological readiness to create an effective e-education environment. The application of the battery of scales SGE will make it possible to design accurate processes connected with safe introduction of e-learning to the Polish education system (both at the lower and higher level). Studies conducted in this filed will enable identification of specific needs and resources in the sphere of teachers’ psychological readiness and, thanks to that, a more precise and accurate organization of actions supporting professional development of teachers. As a consequence, these will be actions that will reduce the risk of psychosocial threats connected with an incorrect introduction of e-education, and that will increase benefits associated with using a new method of work both for the teacher him-/herself and for the student, as well as for the whole school and outside of school environment.
The project is of both (a) psychometric and (b) exploratory-diagnostic character. The planned studies, apart from developing a diagnostic tool of a high psychometric quality, will also serve as means of identifying Polish teachers and prospective teachers’ level of readiness to create an effective e-education environment.

Narrated Business Proposal for the Philadelphia Eaglescamrynascott12
Slide 1:
Welcome, and thank you for joining me today. We will explore a strategic proposal to enhance parking and traffic management at Lincoln Financial Field, aiming to improve the overall fan experience and operational efficiency. This comprehensive plan addresses existing challenges and leverages innovative solutions to create a smoother and more enjoyable experience for our fans.
Slide 2:
Picture this: It’s a crisp fall afternoon, driving towards Lincoln Financial Field. The atmosphere is electric—tailgaters grilling, fans in Eagles jerseys creating a sea of green and white. The air buzzes with camaraderie and anticipation. You park, join the throng, and make your way to your seat. The stadium roars as the Eagles take the field, sending chills down your spine. Each play is a thrilling dance of strategy and skill. This is what being an Eagles fan is all about—the joy, the pride, and the shared experience.
Slide 3:
But now, the day is marred by frustration. The excitement wanes as you struggle to find a parking spot. The congestion is overwhelming, and tempers flare. The delays mean you miss the pre-game excitement, the tailgate camaraderie, and even the opening kick-off. After the game, the joy of victory or the shared solace of defeat is overshadowed by the stress of navigating out of the parking lot. The gridlock, honking horns, and endless waiting drain the energy and joy from what should have been an unforgettable experience.
Our proposal aims to eliminate these frustrations, ensuring that from arrival to departure, your experience is extraordinary. Efficient parking and smooth traffic flow are key to maintaining the high spirits and excitement that make game days special.
Slide 4:
The Philadelphia Eagles are not just a premier NFL team; they are an integral part of the community, hosting games, concerts, and various events at Lincoln Financial Field. Our state-of-the-art stadium is designed to provide a world-class experience for every attendee. Whether it's the thrill of game day, the excitement of a live concert, or the camaraderie of community events, we pride ourselves on delivering a fan-first experience and maintaining operational excellence across all our activities. Our commitment to our fans and community is unwavering, and we continuously strive to enhance every aspect of their experience, ensuring they leave with unforgettable memories.
Slide 5:
Recent trends show an increasing demand for efficient event logistics. Our customer feedback has consistently highlighted frustrations with parking and traffic. Surveys indicate that a significant number of fans are dissatisfied with the current parking situation. Comparisons with other venues like Citizens Bank Park and Wells Fargo Center reveal that we lag in terms of parking efficiency and convenience. These insights underscore the urgent need for innovation to meet and exceed fan expectations.

Belgium coach Domenico Tedesco will wait for several key players to recover from injury. Even if it means they miss the opening Euro Cup Germany stages of the European Championship in Germany this month. Veteran defender Jan Vertonghen, midfielder Youri Tielemans and defender Arthur. "Of course, you prefer to take players who are fully fit, but that's okay. We want to wait and be patient for some players even if they cannot play in those first matches," he told a press conference. The 37-year-old Vertonghen, Belgium’s Euro Cup 2024 most-capped international with 154 appearances, is struggling to shake off a groin injury.
"He will be there normally. This also applies to Youri Tielemans and Arthur Theate. The latter's position is very sensitive. We don't have many choices at left back. "It will only change if it turns out that they will only be available when, say, the final of the Euro 2024 Championship comes around. That's too long to wait. "However, I am confident that the injured boys are on track for the Euros.
Belgium vs Romania: Radu Dragusin Prepares for Crucial Role in Euro Cup Germany
Some of them have taken not one but two steps forward in their rehabilitation," he said. None of the injured players will feature in this week’s warm-up friendlies against Montenegro and Luxembourg. Romania centre-back Radu Dragusin found chances limited at Tottenham Hotspur in the second half of the 2023-24 season.
But is crucial to his country's cause at UEFA Euro 2024 where his aerial ability, physicality and hard graft make him a standout player. The 22-year-old moved to North London from Italian side Genoa in January but was kept on the sidelines by the form of another new arrival for the season, Mickey van de Ven, something Romania coach Edward Iordanescu admitted was a concern.
It will mean limited game-time going into the finals, but Dragusin, who cites Netherlands defender Virgil van Dijk as a role model, started every Euro Cup Germany qualifier as Romania went through the campaign unbeaten in their 10 games. He will be among their most important players in their first game in Germany against Ukraine in Munich on June 17, taking the right centre-back role in what is likely to be a back four.

The method used in the study is the screening model method. Screening models are
research methods aiming to describe a past or presently existing situation as it exists
(Soysal, 2012; Karasar, 2002). The method used in our study reveals the perceptions the
Physical Education and Sports School students have about the concept of
computer education and computer course through metaphors.
2.1. Research Group
118 students of Physical Education and Sports School of Kocaeli University participated
in the study. Four (4) of these students were excluded from the study later.
2.2. Data Collection
While conducting the research on the students of Physical Education and Sports School,
the students were primarily informed about the metaphor technique. While collecting the
data from the students, each student was posed the statement “computer education is
like………; because……………..”.and their opinions were asked. The metaphors in the
answers given by the students constituted the data source (Kalyoncu, 2012).
2.3. Data analysis
The answers of the participant students being able to make meaningful metaphors were
evaluated. The metaphors were first sorted out and then categorized and statistically
evaluated. In our study, there were 73 valid metaphors about the concept of computer
training made by the students of Physical Education and Sports School. These metaphors
are collected based 8 different catagories in terms of common features (Aktekin, 2010),
(Table 1).

3. Discussion and conclusion
In our study, it was aimed to find out the metaphors of the Physical Education and Sports
School students based on their experience related to computer training during their
education and to categorize those metaphors conceptually.
Several studies on education have been conducted on university students and different
occupational groups through metaphor(Kalyoncu, 2012; Döş, 2010; Soysal, 2012; Öztürk,
2007; & Gillis and Johnson, 2002). For example, Kalyoncu (2012) studied on the
metaphors related to the concept of teaching on the prospective teachers of Fine Arts. In
addition, there are metaphor studies related to the training programs conducted on the
prospective teachers of primary education and graduate students (Gultekin, 2013 &
Dündar, 2013).
Serap Colak / Procedia - Social and Behavioral Sciences 174 ( 2015 ) 3210 – 3213 3213
Consequently, the findings of our study can be used as a research tool to find out the
personal perceptions and mental images the students of Physical Education and Sports
School have about computer training. Metaphors assist people on the issues they have
difficulty in understanding. We are of the opinion that the metaphors the students
of Physical Education and Sports School have about the phenomenon of computer training
will make contributions to other branches and educators.

11. 10
dalam bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan (Kalyoncu, 2012; Saban et al., 2006; Saban, 2004;
